Method of payment

Naturissimo shall enable the user the following payment methods in the online store:

  • Proforma invoice: The payment details shall be submitted via e-mail. If you want the invoice to be addressed to a company, please enter the exact company address, tax number, and indication of whether you are a taxpayer, in the comments section. Ordered items will be sent to you after paying the proforma invoice.
  • Bankart - credit card: Functionalities of the Bankart (Secure Payment System) payment method. When choosing this payment method upon successful completion of the purchase, the user will be redirected to the Bankart website, where he/she can safely enter his/her credit card information. After entering the card data or after the payment is completed, the user will be redirected to the online store, where a transaction status message (successful or error) is displayed.
  • Payment on delivery: Applies to users with whom selected to pay at delivery


We do our best to prepare and ship your order within 1-3 business days with GLS delivery service. After your package is shipped, you will receive the tracking number of the package via email. In case of a change of address or a problem with the shipment, you can contact us via or phone +386 (0)70 820 820.


The right to withdraw from the purchase, return products

The user (buyer) has the right to notify the Merchant at the contact e-mail address  within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered products, that he withdraws from the sales contract, without having to give a reason for such a decision. The return of the purchased products to the Merchant within the deadline for withdrawal from the sales contract is considered a notice of withdrawal. The only cost incurred by the user (buyer) due to withdrawal from the sales contract is the cost of returning the products to the Merchant.

Purchased products must be returned to the Merchant no later than 30 days from the date of sending the notice of withdrawal from the sales contract. Purchased products must be returned to the Merchant undamaged, in their original packaging and in the same quantity, unless the products are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the user (buyer). If the postal package with which the user (buyer) received the ordered products is physically damaged, if its contents are missing or if it shows signs of being opened, the user (buyer) must initiate a complaint procedure with GLS Slovenia (see point 15.). The merchant does not accept returns of products that have been opened and partially or fully used.

For returned products, the Merchant will return the amount paid or the gift voucher used to the user (buyer) as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, but any used promotional codes and other discounts will not be returned to the user (buyer). The refund of the paid amount is carried out by the Merchant in person or transaction account of the user (customer). The used gift certificate is returned by the Merchant in the form of a credit.
